Registration fees include:

• Access to all sessions
• Conference Documentation
• Welcome reception
• Coffee breaks during sessions
• Lunch breaks during sessions

Payment methods

All payments must be made in Euros by:

• VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards (only cards accepted).

Cancellations or Changes

Cancellation and refund requests must always be made in writing to the AM Conferences Secretariat – email: registration@iadpsg2026.com.

• For cancellations made before August 31, 2026, 100% of the amount will be refunded less a €50 administrative fee.
• Cancellations received from September 1, 2026 or no-shows: No refund is available.

Any corresponding refund will be made once the Conference has concluded.

Personal insurance

The organizers do not accept liability for personal injury (not related to the meeting) or loss or damage to the property of conference participants, whether during or resulting from the event. Please check the validity of your own insurance.
